John W. Bollinger, President
John Bollinger has spent the last thirty years in all facets of the hospitality industry. HIs varied experiences include twelve years with General Mills Restaurant Group and Chi Chi's corporate. He has worked in areas of operations, marketing and development. John also spent five years as Sr. Vice President with G.M. & M. Advertising.

Independently he has been owner of several concepts and is the current owner/operator of an Uno Chicago Bar & Grill franchise. John is a licensed broker, has a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and is married with two children.

Sarah Miles, Vice President of Marketing & Development
Sarah Miles has enjoyed the last twenty years implementing marketing plans for restaurants and small businesses. Working with both national and local corporations afforded her the challenges necessary to compete in varying conditions. In addition, Sarah also has a unique talent for renovation and interior design.

Patrick Cairoli, Vice President of Operations
Patrick Cairoli has over thirteen years of experience from casual theme to fine dining. He has opened three separate units, developing each unit from the construction phase to opening night and beyond. His current project has achieved the highest sales growth in the country while maintaining the system's lowest turnover ratio.
